This policy sets out the basis on which your personal data will be collected, held and used by us. Jackpot247 is a trading name of NetPlay TV Group Ltd of The Old Presbytery, Alderney, British Channel Islands, GY9 3TF. References to "Jackpot247" are taken to refer to NetPlay TV Group Ltd. We are regulated by the Alderney Gambling Control Commission and are registered with both the Bailiwick of Guernsey’s Data Protection Office and the Information Commissioner’s Office in the United Kingdom. Should we for any reason elect to change this Privacy Policy the changes will be posted here, so that you are always kept informed of how we collect and use the information, and when we may disclose it to others.

1. INFORMATION COLLECTED

To register with us, deposit funds and place stakes, along with when make a complaint, query or otherwise contact us, you may be asked to provide information about yourself and your credit card or debit card or other payment methods.
